ABS BUTTS & THIGHS
Abs, butts & thighs is an intense class that targets these areas of the body through a 30 min Metafit program for fat burning, followed by low impact toning that targets your core, legs and glutes.
POUND® - Rockout is a cardio jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing and sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums. Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements.
PUMP is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, PUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 540 calories

This is a 45 min circuit that mixes body weight cardio and resistance work to give you a complete workout. The combination of short bursts of high intensity work and explosive loaded movements is one of the most effective ways to build strength, increase fitness and burn fat.
Yoga gives us a place to feel at home in our body, to truly feel the body, to hear what the body is saying. Our bodies are continually communicating with us, Yoga teaches us how to listen. In class individuals are encouraged to participate at a level that is most beneficial to them. Yoga is not a competitive activity. Honouring our individuality , our uniqueness enables us to grow with grace and confidence. Understanding that every body is different, this is how personal development and improvement takes place, by acknowledging and appreciating that every one works at a different level and pace.
YOGA - BEGINNERS
Pilates (pronounced Pee-lah-tees) is a non- impact form of body conditioning that focuses on strengthening and balancing the muscles of the body, particularly the abdominals and back. It creates better posture and flexibility by correcting muscle imbalances. Pilates assists in injury prevention and is useful in injury rehabilitation. Pilates improves strength, mobility, flexibility, co-ordination, body awareness and integration of mind, body & spirit.
