Bec is a vinyasa yoga teacher who has been passionate about yoga for the last 30 years, and who has been teaching since 2013 when she first trained in India.

A mental health nurse by day, she is passionate about the link between movement, breath and the mind, and the importance of stress reduction in day-to-day life.
